    Over the years, the ITS Program has been honored to receive the following awards/recognition of achievement:

      • Organizational Member of the Year Award for its commitment to supporting the connected vehicle on-road demonstrations during the 18th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS Florida)
    • 2005
      • Outstanding Achievement Award for the FDOT Central Office ITS Program Implementation Team (ITS Florida)
    • 2004
      • Best of ITS Award for Marketing and Outreach relating to Florida's ITS Program (ITS America)
    • 2003
      • Achievement Award for development and operation of the 511 Advanced Traveler Information System and guiding the advancement of this technology throughout the nation (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials)

      • Outstanding Exhibit, TRANSPO, Intelligent Transportation Society of Florida and Florida Section, Institute of Transportation Engineers
