Traffic Engineering and Operations Office
The ITS Management/Deployment Program Area provides a wide range of engineering and planning services for the ITS Program. The ITS General Consultant provides technical, management, and administrative support, and is involved in all facets of ITS including, but not limited to:

- Telecommunication
- Mainstreaming
A principal function of the ITS Management/Deployment Program Area is management of the expenditure of $550 million in statewide funds on ITS deployments on Florida's five principal limited-access corridors. Through the ITS General Consultant, the ITS Management/Deployment Program Area also supports the efforts of other program areas and works closely with the Telecommunications General Consultant.
