The 2013 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction has been implemented/published in electronic version only and may be found on the Specifications home web page. Previous bound books, "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction", may be purchased from the Maps and Publications Office (http://www.dot.state.fl.us/mapsandpublications/), or viewed and printed as needed at no charge online at the Specifications Office website. Hard copy editions for purchase may be sold out. The current edition and previous editions back to 2000 are available online..

The easiest way to stay informed, review, and comment on proposed changes is on the Specifications Office website. The "Industry Review" link and "Track the Status of Proposed Revisions" link provide background information on proposed changes, comments, responses, and the latest version. If you comment on a proposed change, the response will be posted on the website. A response is not typically sent directly to the person making the comment.

This information is available on the Specifications Office website using the links for "Spec Book Archives" and then "Summary of Revisions" for each edition as needed.
