Anyone who believes they need access to the crash reports must have approval from their District Safety Engineer who will need to send an e-mail to Ms. Twana Hall to be provided access.

Remote users use this link to access the new electronic document management system

CRASH application is now located on our new Traffic Safety Web Portal

District Safety Engineers and approved users may access the CRASH application via this link to conduct Benefit-Cost analysis, reference Crash Reduction Factors and automated project evaluation.

The application requires access authorization, and new users should request access by having their District Safety Engineer e-mail Joseph Santos.
