How can I find out how many parcels of real estate were purchased or condemned, and other statistical information about right of way production activities?
The Resource Management area of the Office of Right of Way maintains a number of right of way production statistics. Please contact Morris Pigott (morris.pigott@dot.state.fl.us) with your request.

I have heard that FDOT is planning a project that may affect my property. How can I find out if this is true?
The simplest and best way to find information about any FDOT project is to contact the Right of Way Office in the district where your property is located. District Right of Way Office staff will be able to assist you in finding information about right of way projects. You can also look for the project in the FDOT 5 year work program which can be accessed through this link: FDOT 5 Year Work Program. You can search by county and select the "Category Phase" of "Right of Way". This will provide a list of all projects with right of way activities planned to occur in the FDOT 5 year work program in the selected county.
