The Florida Department of Transportation is pleased to present the adopted 2010 Florida Rail System Plan - Investment Element. The document reflects the input of a broad range of stakeholders and includes not only a description of the existing rail system and projects, but also identifies and prioritizes long-range needs and discusses how to fund many of those needs.
