Selmon Expressway from 50th Street to Maydell Drive
Selmon Expressway (SR 618) from west of Morgan to 19th St..
- Bridge deck panels will be replaced with cast-in-place concrete bridge
decks from west of Morgan Street to just east of 12th Street. Roadway
widening will take place in the eastbound direction from Washington Street
to east of 19th Street; westbound from east of 19th Street to west of Morgan Street.

I-275 from US 41 to I-75
- This project will widen Interstate 75 from four to six/eight lanes
from Fowler Avenue (Hillsborough County) to State Road 56 (Pasco County).

Alexander St. Extension New Road Construction
- This project will build a new road four-lane road with medians north
of Alexander Street between I-4 and Joe McIntosh Road and widen the existing
S.R. 39 between Joe McIntosh Road and Knights Griffin Road.
- Project start date: August 2011
- Estimated completion: Spring 2014
- Contractor is Kaminga & Roodvoets, Inc.
US 92 from Howard St. to Polk County Line
- This project will resurface U.S. 92 (Reynolds St. / Baker St.) between
Howard St. and the Polk County Line. U.S. 92 (Reynolds St.) is one way from
Howard St. to Gordon St. U.S. 92 (Baker St.) is two way from Gordon St. to the
Polk County Line.

US 41/Nebraska Ave. from Sligh Ave. to Busch Blvd.
- Project start date: July 2011
- Estimated completion: Spring 2012

SR 60 from Turkey Creek to Clarence Gordon Jr. Rd.
- This project will resurface the road.
- Project start date: September 2011
- Estimated completion: Summer 2012
- Contractor is Tampa Pavement Constructors, Inc.
I-275 from US 41 to I-75
- This project is widening I-275 from U.S. 41 (Nebraska Avenue -- just north of
Bearss Avenue, Exit 53) to Interstate 75. This will include adding one lane in each
direction, making that stretch of highway a six-lane roadway (three in each direction),
to match up with the existing six lanes to the south. The new lanes will be built in the median.

I-4/Selmon Expressway Connector
- The I-4/Selmon Expressway Connector is a new toll road that that will connect
Interstate 4 to the Selmon Expressway west of 31st Street in Tampa. The elevated
road will also provide commercial trucks direct access to the Port of Tampa improving
the efficient movement of goods throughout the region.

I-75 from Progress Blvd. to SR 60
- This project is rehabilitating the existing concrete pavement on
northbound and southbound I-75, including three interchanges: U.S.
Highway 301, Selmon Expressway (SR 618), and SR 60. It also includes
all ramps within the project limits.
