SR 959/SW 57 Avenue: From SW 8 Street to SW 24 Street
This roadway construction project will consist of the following: Repaving and restriping SW 57 Avenue from SW 24 Street to SW 8 Street; Constructing new sidewalks along both the west side and east side of SW 57 Avenue; Installing curb and gutter on the west side of SW 57 Avenue; Adding bicycle lanes going northbound and southbound on SW 57 Avenue; Removing trees that conflict with the installation of new drainage structures throughout the project; Installing new traffic signals at the SW 24 Street intersection; Lengthening the existing turn lanes and creating a left-turn only lane at the SW 8 Street intersection for traffic turning from northbound SW 57 Avenue to westbound SW 8 Street; Increasing the lengths of the right and left turn lanes for southbound traffic on SW 57 Avenue to turn onto SW 24 Street; Installing new trees on the east side of SW 57 Avenue.

NW 25th Street Viaduct Project: From State Road 826 to NW 89 Court
This project is reconstructing and widening NW 25th Street and constructing a new viaduct. Work also includes signalization, landscaped median, improved lighting and drainage, water and sewer mains and pedestrian features.

SR A1A/Harding Avenue Roadway Project: From Indian Creek Drive to south of 75 Street
This project includes his project includes replacing sections of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps; partially rebuilding a small section of roadway; leveling several driveways to match the roadway; installing trench drains and several underground drainage structures; updating signalization; adding a bicycle lane; repaving and restriping the roadway; placing decorative pavement at crosswalks; updating signage and pavement markings; and eliminating nine parking spaces between 75 Street and 69 Street.

This project includes replacing sections of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps; constructing sections of new sidewalk; closing several existing driveways that are no longer in use; installing drainage structures on Collins Avenue at 88 Street; updating lighting and signalization; adding a bicycle lane; repaving and restriping the roadway; placing decorative pavement at crosswalks; and updating signage and pavement markings.

SR 5/South Dixie Highway/US 1 Roadway Project: From SW 284 Street to SW 304 Street
The project includes rebuilding the roadway; widening sections of the roadway; widening the bridge over the C-103 canal; restoring the C-103 canal banks; installing median traffic separators at various locations; installing a water main across the C-103 canal; installing new sidewalks and driveways; leveling existing sidewalks and driveways to match the roadway; installing curb and gutter; upgrading lighting, traffic and pedestrian signals; and repaving and restriping the roadway.

SR 5/Brickell Avenue/US 1 Roadway Project: From SE 25 Road to SE 5 Street
This project includes repairing the existing concrete pavement and improving the riding surface of the road; installing a new pump station between SE 12 Street and SE 13 Street to improve the roadway's drainage between SE 14 Street to just south of SE 12 Street; installing a new water main and sewer lines to improve the existing system as part of a joint participation agreement with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department; repairing the sidewalk and curb and gutter as needed; repaving and restriping the existing asphalt pavement from just north of SE 10 Street to SE 5 Street; adding left turn lanes along SE 15 Road at the intersection Brickell Avenue - there will also be new traffic signals at this location; upgrading existing street lights from SE 15 Road to SE 5 Street; installing new signing and pavement markings throughout the project, including adding share the road markings for cyclists; upgrading several pedestrian ramps; installing new decorative pedestrian crosswalks at several intersections; and adding a new unsignalized crosswalk at SE 14 Terrace and completing the crossings at SE 13 Street, SE 10 Street and SE 8 Street.

SR 5/Brickell Avenue/US 1 Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Project: Crosswalk at 1770 Brickell Avenue
This project includes installing two northbound and two southbound speed feedback signs near the pedestrian crosswalk at 1770 Brickell Avenue to help motorists adhere to the posted speed limit; upgrading the flashing beacon at the pedestrian crosswalk to include a red light that would notify motorists to stop for pedestrians; installing a new countdown pedestrian signal; replacing a small section of sidewalk; and installing several new roadway signs.
