  • Building multi-use trail from Armstrong Road to the beginning of the existing trail.
  • Project start date: September 6, 2011
  • Estimated completion: 180 days (Spring 2012)
  • Contractor is Superior Construction Company
State Road A1A
  • Replacing two low level bridges over the Matanzas River in Summer Haven just north of the Flagler County line.
  • Project start date: September 9, 2009
  • Project estimated completion: 780 days (Summer of 2011)
  • Contractor is Misener Marine Construction Inc.
US 1 (Ponce deLeon Boulevard)
  • Replacing bridge over the San Sebastian River.
  • Project start date: April 25, 2011
  • Project estimated completion: 665 days (Spring of 2013)
  • Contractor: Archer Western Contractors
Interstate 95
  • Replacing 10 high mast lights at the State Road 16 interchange
  • Project start date: November 14, 2011
  • Project estimated completion: 90 days (Early 2012)
  • Contractor is American Lighting and Signalization Inc.
State Road 312
  • Modifying intersection at Sgt. Tutten Drive (formerly Whetstone Drive) by offsetting left turn lanes and replacing traffic signal and adding new signal with intersection at Harbour Drive/Plantation Island Drive. The new signals will include a flashing yellow arrow.
  • Project start date: November 29, 2011
  • Estimated completion: 89 days (Early 2012)
  • Contractor is Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors Inc.
