Production Support
This course is for Department employees only. There is no charge for the course, and employees do not need to use leave to attend. This course is open to Professional Engineers employed with the Department of Transportation. The course reviews statutes and rules regarding the practice of engineering, changes to the statutes and rules during the preceding renewal cycle, and the application of statutes and rules to disciplinary and unlicensed activity cases.
Completion of the course satisfies the continuing education requirement -in the area of laws & rules - of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Four (4) professional development hours will be awarded. We currently have several courses scheduled.
