Project Management Training TRESS Information for FDOT Employees
FDOT employees taking Project Management
training are eligible for Training, Records, Evaluation
and Scheduling System (TRESS) credits.
PART 1 - Issues Common to All Project Managers course
MD-05-0001, is computer based training (CBT). While working
through the 19 modules, students print a certificate
for each chapter completed. After a student finishes the
19 chapters in PART 1 of the training, the Project
Management Office will send the student a certificate
for the course. The student should take the certificate to
their Training Coordinator to input into TRESS.
PART 2 - Phase-specific Project Management consists of eight standalone
CBT courses, MD-05-002 through MD-05-0009. After completing each course
the student should print or capture the certificate and take/send it to their
Training Coordinator to input into TRESS.
