Local Agency Program
LAP Bulletins and Memos are used to clarify LAP policies and procedures prior to publication in the LAP Manual. For details or questions, please call (850) 414-4383. Appropriate functional areas and the Assistant Secretary for Engineering and Operations must coordinate and approve LAP Bulletins. Then, the Central Office State LAP Administrator issues the Bulletins.
The LAP Annual Report highlights the efforts undertaken in LAP
throughout the year, documents program performance against
established baselines, and presents various initiatives employed to
improve customer service and program efficiency. The Annual Report
is a recognition of the success of the FDOT, FHWA, and Local Agency
partnership.
