LAP Bulletins and Memos are used to clarify LAP policies and procedures prior to publication in the LAP Manual. For details or questions, please call (850) 414-4383. Appropriate functional areas and the Assistant Secretary for Engineering and Operations must coordinate and approve LAP Bulletins. Then, the Central Office State LAP Administrator issues the Bulletins.
