The Department has a process to track E&O issues and the recovery processes. The Resolution Tracking Module (RTM) in ProjectSuite Enterprise was developed to track E&O issues.

The Department has a process to track Errors and Omission issues and the recovery processes. The Resolution Tracking Module (RTM) in ProjectSuite Enterprise was launched August 6, 2012, replacing an older tracking system.

Districts evaluate and track issues in RTM. Help is available in the RTM User Manual. (This is an internal link.)
Computer based training is being developed.
