NOTICE
Consultants that were prequalified with the Department prior to October 1, 2012, even if that qualification was expired, can renew their prequalification status using the downloadable forms application process at this time. If this applies to your firm, go to the Paper Prequalification Form here.

October 1, 2012, the Procurement Office implemented a new Online Prequalification Application System (PQ) for firms that prequalify for the first time after October 1, 2012. Instructions on how to apply using the online system are noted below.
