| New Online Prequalification Application System (PQ) | |||||
| Effective October 1, 2012, the Procurement Office has
implemented a new, secured Online Prequalification Application
System(PQ) to streamline the prequalification process. Once a firm has
entered all of their information into the new application, they will be
able to review their prequalification information; see work type
reviewer's comments; submit corrections, modifications, documents, and
renewals online; and pull up their Prequalification Letter at any time. The information on all currently prequalified firms and most previously prequalified firms has been moved to our new system. Consultants that have not prequalified with the Department previously and those whose prequalification expired more than two years ago must prequalify using our new online system. Consultants who are currently prequalified with the Department and those whose prequalification expired less than two years ago may continue to utilize the paper forms at this time. However, firms that continue to utilize the paper forms will not be able to view their prequalification information online. Important: Once you sign up to use the new Online PQ System, you are restricted from use of the paper Prequalification form. You must submit a complete online application prior to your Prequalification Expiration Date. On a phased basis, all firms will eventually be migrated into the new PQ system. You will be contacted at the point in time when your firm is to be migrated. |
