- National Scenario Planning Peer Exchange Report - This report summarizes a national scenario planning peer exchange jointly sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration. Participants in the event shared examples of scenario planning processes across the United States as well as best practices, challenges, and success factors.
- Examining Consumer Behavior and Travel Choices (Login required) - This report explores the history of scholarly work on impacts of non-work travel along with consumer spending by mode of travel.
- When the Road Price is Right: Land Use, Tolls, and Congestion Pricing - This report presents the results of workshops and interviews conducted with more than 35 land use and transportation experts who were asked how tolling and congestion pricing will interact with land use. It features five brief case studies that illustrate the policy options for managing travel reliability, traffic volume, travel speeds, and revenue targets and for integrating tolling and transit service. The case studies explore how these new tolled facilities are being coordinated with land use and development.
