- Impact of Baby Boomers on U.S. Travel, 1969 to 2009 - This report summarizes the travel behavior of the Baby Boomer Generation by analyzing the results from the National Household Travel Surveys and provides policy recommendations to address baby boomer travel needs as they reach retirement.
- Interactions Between Transportation Capacity, Economic Systems, and Land Use - This report analyzes case studies that document the long-term, before and after economic impacts of a variety of highway capacity investments, mainly from around the United States. This project focuses on long-term impacts on performance metrics such as employment, income, real estate values, and tax revenues.
