2. Guidebook for Evaluating Fuel Purchasing Strategies for Public Transit Agencies (Login required)- This guidebook introduces the concept of fuel price risk management to public transit agencies, identifying alternative purchasing strategies and outlining steps necessary to implement an effective risk management program; defines and evaluates alternative cost-effective fuel purchasing strategies designed to benefit public transportation agencies of varying sizes; and provides a management framework to assist transit agencies through the fuel purchasing process.

Guidebook for Implementing Intelligent Transportation Systems Elements to Improve Airport Traveler Access Information - This guidebook provides descriptions, component details, and examples of how airport ground access information can be disseminated using various intelligent transportation systems technologies.
