  1. Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century: A Summary of Highway Provisions - This summary reviews the policies and programs administered by the Federal Highway Administration.
  2. Guidebook for Evaluating Fuel Purchasing Strategies for Public Transit Agencies (Login required)- This guidebook introduces the concept of fuel price risk management to public transit agencies, identifying alternative purchasing strategies and outlining steps necessary to implement an effective risk management program; defines and evaluates alternative cost-effective fuel purchasing strategies designed to benefit public transportation agencies of varying sizes; and provides a management framework to assist transit agencies through the fuel purchasing process.
  3. Guidebook for Implementing Intelligent Transportation Systems Elements to Improve Airport Traveler Access Information - This guidebook provides descriptions, component details, and examples of how airport ground access information can be disseminated using various intelligent transportation systems technologies.
  4. Farm to Market – A Soybean’s Journey - This report analyzes the transportation of soybeans and soybean products and other grains and products. The material, information and conclusions in this report define and quantify the impact of the infrastructure on U.S. agriculture production, and moving that production from farm to final market position.
  5. Complete Streets: policy analysis 2011 - This report analyzes over 350 Complete Streets policies that have been approved by communities across the country. The accompanying workbook, the Complete Streets Local Policy Workbook,  serves as a starting point for transportation experts and interested local leaders to begin mapping out their own Complete Streets policies.
