  1. Intelligent Transportation Systems: Improved DOT Collaboration and Communication Could Enhance the Use of Technology to Manage Congestion - This study addresses (1) the current and emerging uses of ITS technologies by state and local governments, (2) the challenges these governments face in using ITS, and (3) the extent to which DOT’s efforts to promote and support ITS address these challenges and follow leading practices.

    • Beyond Boom and Bust: Putting Clean Tech On a Path To Subsidy Independence - This report aims to take stock of the coming changes to federal clean tech subsidies and programs; examine their likely impact on key clean tech market segments; and chart a course of policy reform that can advance the US clean tech industry beyond today’s cycle of boom and bust.
    • Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Florida Report - This report defines renewable energy and cleantech, discusses the current status of clean energy in Florida, outlines the current incentives available in Florida and at the Federal Government level, for the promotion of renewable energy and energy efficiency, covers barriers to commercialization and project finance for cleantech projects in Florida, analyzes regulatory changes, and makes recommendations.
