Training Opportunities
The Transportation Development Offices of the Florida Department of Transportation offer training opportunities in freight planning, quality/level of service, access management, transportation modeling, public involvement, and site impact analysis as described below:
- Systems Planning Training
- Modeling Training: Provides attendees with a working knowledge of modeling structures and techniques.
- Public Involvement Training: The Office of Policy Planning developed a Public Involvement Toolkit several years ago that is available in PDF format.
- Transportation Statistics Office Training
Note: Some of this training qualifies for professional development hour (PDH) credit for Florida professional engineers.
