Transportation Statistics Office
| The RCI Features and Characteristics Handbook describes the portion of
the Florida Department of Transportation's Roadway Characteristics Inventory
system maintained by the Transportation Statistics Office (TranStat). The RCI elements that
serve to define the roadway include components referred to as Features and Characteristics. The TranStat Office is generally responsible for the methodology involving collection, processing, and storage of the various RCI elements, including their quality, but other offices in each District share the responsibility for data collection and data entry. |
