| The development of the "TranStat Tier 3 Business Plan" is part of the Florida Department
of Transportation's effort to best meet the present and future data needs of its customers. The TranStat Business Plan provides the structure for
managing, maintaining, and distributing technical resources to the customer base with an innovative approach in information dissemination and technology,
while providing a program that is both cost effective and customer driven. The plan uses current processes as the foundation, coupled with new
initiatives and technologies, to create a new model for transportation statistics in Florida. |
