These documents were developed by the Florida Department of Transportation, the Metropolitan Planning Advisory Council (MPOAC), and the U. S. Department of Transportation to assist Florida's Metropolitan Planning Organizations in updating long range plans compliant with the FAST Act and Florida Statutes.
