MPO Program Management Handbook

The Office of Policy Planning (OPP) coordinates with Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) to produce an MPO Program Management Handbook which is used to provide MPOs with guidance on federal and state transportation planning requirements. Chapters of the Handbook are updated as warranted.
