The Community Planning Act (Chapter 2011-139, Laws of Florida) makes substantial revisions to Florida's growth management laws including Chapter 163, Part II, F.S. and Chapter 380.06, F.S.

The Florida Department of Transportation has submitted the Proportionate Share Calculation Report to the President of the Florida Senate and the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, pursuant to Section 77, Chapter 2011-139 Laws of Florida.
