Office of Policy Planning
Overview
The functions of the Office of Policy Planning (OPP) are to develop, document, and monitor a statewide and metropolitan planning process; develop, publish, and distribute the Florida Transportation Plan, including necessary support documents; develop transportation policy alternatives and recommendations; provide necessary coordination on transportation policy issues with other agencies and the public; and identify, analyze, and document long range trends and conditions, perform various economic and demographic analyses, and evaluate and report on transportation system performance.
