Florida Customer Satisfaction Survey
At the January workshop, the Executive Board decided to raise the targets for most improvement areas as the Customer Satisfaction Champions had recommended:
- Access to business during construction = 65%
- Timeliness of completing construction = 50%
- Local government input on roadway design (No Change) = 78%
- Local government input on statewide plans = 80%
- Local input on roadway priorities = 75%
- FDOT feedback regarding local input on roadway priorities = 70%
