Florida Customer Satisfaction Survey
At the September workshop, the Executive Board decided to take the following actions regarding the improvement areas:
- Drop "nighttime visibility of roadway striping and markings" as a statewide improvement area but monitor it in future surveys
- Raise the performance target for "access to business during construction" from 56% to 60%
- Keep the target for "timeliness of completing construction" at 44%
- Increase the performance target for "local government input on roadway design" from 72% to 78%
- Establish performance targets for "local government input on statewide plans, input on roadway priorities and receiving feedback on how
their input on roadway priorities was considered"
- Local government input on statewide plans: 78%
- Local input on roadway priorities: 74%
- FDOT feedback regarding local input on roadway priorities: 68%
