Florida Customer Satisfaction Survey
To update customer requirements, FDOT conducted another focus group study in FY 2005-2006. The project took a little over a year to finish. Therefore, only Florida residents were surveyed on their satisfaction with the transportation system FDOT provides.
The 2006 survey results are comparable to those of the previous customer surveys. Compared to the base year, 2006 survey results showed no significant change in respondent satisfaction with visibility of roadway striping and markings at night (63%), increased slightly in access to business during construction (from 42% to 46%) and displayed a decrease in timeliness of completing construction projects (from 33% to 28%).
