The Seven Criteria of the FDOT Business Model

The Seven Criteria of the FDOT Business Model are based on the Florida Sterling Council's Criteria for Excellence and the National Baldrige Criteria for Excellence.

 

The department adopted the criteria in 1998 and has been working ever since to implement and integrate the concepts of the Business Model into the everyday work of the Department.

 

The Seven Criteria are:

4. Measurement, Analysis & Knowledge Management

5. Workforce Focus

6. Process Management

7. Results
