The Project Review Office supports the development the Plans, Specifications & Estimates packages through the following functional areas: Final Plans Processing of all Central Office Let Contracts Provide Quality Assurance and feedback on all Central office Let Contracts to the Districts Provide Process and Quality Assurance on Local Agency Program (LAP) projects Develop policy, procedure and provide training for the Value Engineering and Cost Savings Initiative (CSI) programs Statewide Administrator and provide user assistance for the Electronic Review Comment (ERC) System
