| District Quality Assessment Reviews | Conduct Quality Assessment Reviews on District processes relating to the preparation of specification packages and preliminary estimates. |
| Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Submittal | Accept, review and process electronic delivery submittal of PS&E packages, for adherence to the requirements of the Plans Preparation Manual, Structures Detail Manual, Computer Aided Design Drafting (CADD) Manual, and the CADD Production Criteria Handbook. |
| Feedback | Provide reports and recommendations to the Districts on review findings for use in training and Quality Control purposes. |

| Plans Processing and Revisions | Volume I, Chapter 20 of the Plans Preparation Manual detailing the critical activities required to process contract plans, specifications and estimate for letting. This identifies the transmittal forms, certifications and other documents prepared by the District and the various offices involved in processing a PS&E Package. This also describes the revision process and the steps necessary to resubmit a project that has been withdrawn from letting. |
