Documentation and Process Maps
| LAP CoP | The Local Agency Program Community of Practice (LAP CoP) group is facilitated by the LAP Project Review Section. This group of 28 individuals statewide reviews technical issues applicable to the LAP processes and procedures. |
| Questions "Asked and Answered" | Questions "Asked and Answered" (A & A) documents - "How do I do that?" "What does that mean?" "Why is that required?" |
| Technical Inquiries | The LAP Review Section coordinates the handling of questions related to technical issues applicable to the LAP processes and procedures. |
| Documentation and Process Maps | As the LAP CoP moves toward resolution of issues, updates may be needed to the LAP processes and documentation. The LAP Review Section coordinates the inclusion and distribution of these updates with the State LAP Administrator and makes changes to Process Maps as needed. |
| Quality Assurance | Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) are handled by the LAP Review Section. |
Information, requirements, and documents (including the LAP Manual and the LAP Quick Reference Guide) for the Local Agency Program are administered by the State and District LAP Administrators and Coordinators.
