REPORTING
Once a project is awarded, the State Infrastructure Bank (SIB) loan agreement requires the loan recipient (Agency) to provide to the FDOT Office of Financial Development a semi-annual progress report on program and financial activities that occur each year following the award.
The FDOT agreed to submit a Biennial Report, per the Cooperative Agreement, to the FHWA, FTA, and FRA Administrators no later than 90 days after the end of the Federal fiscal year.
