supporting document, Disadvantage owners comprising at least 51%
ownership are interviewed in person, and an on-site review of the
business is conducted. The on-site review may include a visit to
one or more on-going project sites and interviews with employees of
the applicant firm.
- After the review, the DBE Certification
Consultant prepares a summary that is used to determine whether the
firm meets the eligibility requirements for certification as a DBE.
