Dear Contractors and Consultants:

The Code of Federal Regulations requires the FDOT to collect actual payments made to DBEs.  This BizWeb Internet system is being provided for contractors, consultants and local agencies to provide FDOT with this information.  BizWeb is designed for those who have contracts directly with the FDOT to report the actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises certified by FDOT or another Florida Unified Certification Program (UCP) certifying member.  This system is also being used to track actual payments to Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) certified by the State of Florida Office of Supplier Diversity.

Here are answers to some questions that may arise:

Why doesn't my payment appear and what should I do?

There are a few likely reasons why a payment entered in the temporary system does not appear in BizWeb:

1)  The contract number entered in the temporary system is not a valid FDOT contract number.

2)  The contract number entered in the temporary system does not belong to the prime contractor or consultant firm that entered it.

3)  The FEID# entered for the sub does not match any firms in our database.

4)  The FEID# entered for the sub or the prime has a dash. Make sure that FEID number does not include a dash when entered into the system.

We have prepared a list of these invalid payments, (sorted by prime contractor name) that you may access to see if any payments you have entered may fall into this category - Click Here for Excel Format or Click Here for PDF Format.

When should I contact the Equal Opportunity Office?

  • Contact the EOO if you enter a payment in BizWeb and it does not appear. DO NOT contact the EOO if your payment was entered into the temporary system and did not appear. Instead, please re-enter the payment into BizWeb.

  • Contact the EEO if you need a username and password to use Bizweb or if you have forgotten your password

  • Contact the EEO if you need your payments deleted or removed because of duplicate entries

I re-entered my payment into BizWeb, will I have to re-enter it (again) later?

No - BizWeb has the necessary checks built into the system that were not present in the temporary system, so that payments entered in BizWeb will not have to be reentered again.
