EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

   

OVERVIEW:

The Equal Opportunity Office implemented a new system called the Equal Opportunity Compliance (EOC) that replaced the current Bizweb application. EOC was made available to the public for use on October 3rd, 2012. This application is used statewide by FDOT Contractors and Consultants to collect, review, and report DBE Commitments, Payments and the submission of  Bidder Opportunity list. 


DATA MIGRATION:

Active contracts that were in Bizweb were migrated over to the new EOC system.

PROCESS TO OBTAIN EOC ACCESS:

Prime Contractors & Consultants
: Users will be responsible for submitting Bidder Opportunity List, DBE Commitments and Payments in EOC. Users who do not have a userid and password need to fill out the EOC access form,CLICK HERE.

Please fill out the form and email it to EOOHelp@dot.state.fl.us. The Office of Information Systems will send user a userid and password using File Transfer Appliance via email.

 

FDOT Employees (DCCMs, RCSs, and Report Users): Users will have to fill out the Automated Access Request Form(AARF) to get access to EOC through this link: http://webapp02.dot.state.fl.us/AutomatedAccessRequest/  Please indicate in AARF the role you will need in EOC.

 

Local Agency Users and MPOs: Local Agency and MPO users will need to fill out 2 forms and complete the Computer Security Awareness Course CBT.
