USDOT announces changes to facilitate interstate reciprocity for DBE firms
The new rule allows a firm certified in its "home state", where its principal place of business is located, to present its certification application package to State B. State B will then have 60 days to determine whether it has specific objections to the firm's eligibility and to communicate those objections with particularity to the firm. On-the-Job Training Supportive Services (OJT/SOW) funding
The Department submitted a proposal to the Federal Highway Administration in the amount of $150,000 for On-the-Job Training Supportive Services (OJT/SOW) funding. If funded, the Department will use this funding in support of the Construction Career Day and Job Fair events that are held throughout the state. For more information on OJT/SOW funding, please review the FFY 2012 Instructions and Guidelines document.
