formatting, page numbering, etc.
SPECIAL NOTE:The
PD&E Manual is currently under revision. Some chapters have been deleted and
others added resulting in a change in how they are numbered. Both old and
new chapters will be available on this website until all chapters are
updated. Please note that chapter references within the text may be
referring to the old chapters.
