FDOT2010 FDOT2008 XM MR1 Update
FDOT2008 XMSheet Navigator- When I try to run Sheet Navigator I get the following error message: “Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.” And I’m given the option to terminate the application or debug the application.
- How do I get Sheet Navigator to ignore the junk files and junk folders in my project?

Electronic Delivery (EDI)Fixes- EDI’s Basic HTML index displays the wrong county name in the header information (Dade instead of Miami-Dade and Alochua instead of Alachua), how can I fix this?

Postscript / Plotting- How do I configure EDI v2.6 for XM to address the MicroStation XM line style problem (Intrinsic line styles do not plot/display properly)?
- GSview fails to display my Postscript file and pops up an error window. This only happens with PostScript files created by the new FDOT2008 EDI. How can I display them properly?
- When I try to create Postscript files, EDI starts MicroStation and opens EDI.DGN, but will not create the Postscript file; how do I fix this?
GEOPAK- How can I use the updated FDOT Quantity Manager reports?
- When opening the proposed cross section run in Project Manager, or applying the Typical to the shape cluster, an error message appears stating that the files cannot be located. The file path is given as ..$(_ustn_site)geopak\\criteria\filename.x. How can this be resolved?
SetMakerPEDDS- Can I use the new production PEDDS (3.1.0.1) to process old projects created with previous versions of PEDDS?
- I have a project that is near completetion. The signatory documents have been created and signed by numerous professionals. Should I convert this project from version 2.6 to version 3.1?
- Once I convert an old project to the new Version 3.1 format can I, or someone else, then go back and process the project with version 2.6 or some prior version?

QSheet FDOT2004 V8
Installation & Configuration- After installing FDOT2004 MR6, I get an error message when running MicroStation. How do i fix this?
- What permission's must be set on the user's workstation for FDOT2004 to function properly?
- How can “thumbs.db” be eliminated from an Electronic Delivery project (these file show up in EDI and FileChecker, but not in the Windows File Explorer)?
- The District check of our CD indicated that some of the files had “save full path” on. When we checked the files, they did not have the save full path checked. We also ran the report using the reference tool of the sitemenu and it showed that the files had save full path. This also occurred with some of our subconsultant’s files. Why this discrepancy?
- After installing MR5, the Structures SiteMenu items for placing Traffic Railings, Piles and Pedestrian-Bicycle Rails cells are missing.
Electronic Delivery (EDI)General Information- Besides the Electronic Delivery Training Documentation posted on the CADD Office's website, is there other guidance available?
- Electronic Delivery requires that the files in a delivery not contain spaces, special characters, etc. in the file names because it will cause certain programs in the suite to fail (flagged by the FileChecker application). I have lots of files that need to be renamed to remove spaces and special characters - Is there a program that can help me do this?
Postscript / Plotting- When I try to create Postscript files, EDI starts MicroStation and opens EDI.DGN, but will not create the Postscript file; how do I fix this?
- Why are reference/raster files not displaying properly in Postscript files created by EDI?
- EDI creates the Project.ps file and says Project.pdf processing is complete, why is my Project.pdf missing?
- EDI2.4 (MR4) will not create Postscript files in my PEDDS sub-delivery. What is the problem?

Set Maker- When the “Revised Plans” selection rule is selected, the correct revised files are selected. When I go to build the set, I get a warning that the DeltaNDX.htm file has been selected but not all the Delta files are selected?
- SetMaker is blowing up, or displaying error messages about files missing that when investigated, turn out to be false. What is going on?
- SetMaker shows the following error message, “Error in cmdCreate_Click routine. Could not load file or assembly ‘AxInterop.SHDocVw……”, after I enter my user information and press the Create Set button. What is the problem?
