Why are the sheets out of order in my revision PDF? How can I correct the order?
A:
Download and install updated Project Delta application and recreate revision PDF. The Electronic Delivery (ED) applications: Electronic Delivery Indexer (EDI), Project Browser and qSheet, depend on DeltaNDX.htm to provide the revised sheet names, description and sheet numbers, and there order. The Electronic Delivery application Project Delta, delivered with FDOT 2004 Maintenance Release 4 (MR4), does not sort the sheets as intended.
  • Download ProjectDelta.zip and extract ProjectDelta.exe to the \FDOT2004\win32\ProjDelta directory on your workstation.
  • Rerun ProjectDelta to create the correct DeltaNDX.htm. Use EDI or Project Browser to recreate ProjectRev#.pdf (the composite PDF containing all revised sheets in order).
  • Minor Fixes in v3.0.1.31000 Correct Math Overflow error on large (>3gb) projects.

I am doing revision four (4) on a project. Which deliveries do I compare using Electronic Delivery Delta application?
A:
When using the Delta application, revisions should always be compared from the current state of the project (in this case at revision 4) and the previous delivery (in this case at revision 3). Subsequent revisions should always be compared against the prior state of the project delivered, which should produce the correct deltandx.htm report. This mimics the paper revision process.
