What does it mean to "Synchronize" a project/delivery?

Suppose there are two versions of a PEDDS project residing in different locations. Changes are made to one version of a project and not to the other version of the project. If a user wants an updated version of the project, including the changes made by others, but not lose the changes he himself has made, he needs to request a project synchronization.

The project synchronization process consists of creating a synchronization request, sending the request to a person with the version of the project to which you want to synchronize, responding to a synchronization request, sending it back to the synchronization requestor, and completing project synchronization.

Follow these steps to "Synchronize" a project/delivery
