This step is to install the FDOT State Kit with the correct files available for Quantity Takeoff.
If you are using the Windows XP Operating System run the FDOT2012.C3D Workstation.msi for 32 bit installer.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 run the FDOT2012.C3D Workstation.msi for 32 Bit or 64 Bit installer based on your operating system.
