Step Description:
Check to see if the files exist in the correct folders on your Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 workstation.
Confirm that the AECMERGE.XML and FloridaCategories.XML files reside under the Pay Item Data folder.
(C:\FDOT2012.C3D\Data\Pay Item Data\...)
Also confirm that the Excel templates and style sheets for Quantity Takoeff have been installed and reside in the QTO Reports folder.
(C:\FDOT2012.C3D\Data\QTO Reports\...)
If the files or the file structure does not exist, then install the FDOT State Kit for the appropriate operating system.
