1.2.1 - Open New File
Step Description:
Open Civil 3D 2012 from the FDOT2012.C3D folder.
Run the Create File tool from the FDOT Toolbar.
Note: Make sure the Coordinate System for the drawing is set correctly by right clicking on the filename in the Settings Toolspace and select Edit Drawing Settings.

Create Pipe Network (WMV)
Run the Create File tool from the FDOT Toolbar.
- Make sure all the settings are for the current project and select Survey Design Files in the File Group.
- Then select the Drainage Structures - Existing in the File Type.
Note: Make sure the Coordinate System for the drawing is set correctly by right clicking on the filename in the Settings Toolspace and select Edit Drawing Settings.
