3.2.14 - Paste the Data from the Second Sheet into the First
Step Description:
Select the data from the second sheet and paste it into the first sheet as the bottom view.
  • Select the second sheet
  • Drag a crossing selection window (drag the window from right to left) that intersects the viewport and the north arrow.

Copy the selection using the end point of the anchor line as the base point.
  • CTRL-SHIFT-C is the keyboard shortcut for Copy with Base Point.
  • With End OSNAP on, select the endpoint of the anchor line (red line).

Paste the objects into the previous sheet using the dividing line (blue line) end point as the insertion point.
  • Select the previous sheet.
  • CTRL-V to invoke the Paste command.
  • When prompted select the appropriate end point on the dividing line (the blue line) as the insertion point.

Remove the second sheet.
  • Select the second layout's tab
  • Right-click the tab and Delete it. See step 3.2.12 - Delete Extra Layout Tabs if more detail is needed.
