Step Description:
Highlight the first sheet in the dual plan sheets. This will be the top view of the first sheet. The second sheet needs to be brought below the first frame.
There are details of the sheet that should be explained. There are two horizontal lines on the sheet for each layout. The top red line is a non plotting "anchor" line. The bottom blue line is simply a dividing line found on the FDOT dual plan sheets.
