Step Description:
The key item that needs to be looked at is under the Layout Creation > Number of Layouts per new drawing.
Set the Number of Layouts per new drawing.
Be sure to have Civil 3D automatically align the north arrow.
Click the Next > button.

Be sure to have Civil 3D automatically align the north arrow.
- In the drop down list box for Choose the north arrow block to align in layouts select the ArrNorthPlan.
Click the Next > button.
