Step Description:
VIDEO WALKING THROUGH THE PROCESS:
Create Plan Sheets using Alignments Video (wmv)
- In the Prospector Toolspace right-click Data Shortcuts and select the Create Data Shortcuts command.
- In the Create Data Shortcuts dialog, check on the name of the object that you wish to share. (Setting the name of the View Frame Group to have the type and scale of the sheet makes it easy to see what is being shared).
- Press OK to share the data.
- Navigate to the Data Shortcuts > View Frame Groups branch and confirm the new entry is there. The name is very important as it quickly identifies the type and scale of the sheets that can be generated.
