6.2.3 - Create Surface From Corridor
Step Description:
Create the Corridor Surface:
  • Select the corridor in the drawing
  • In the Contextual Ribbon select Corridor Surfaces.

  • Select the Create a Corridor Surface button
  • Select the desired Data Type and Code (Generally a Datum surface and Top Surface should be created.)
  • Click the Plus button
  • Name the Surface
  • Select the appropriate style

Add the Surface Boundary:
  • Select the Boundaries tab.
  • Right-click the surface to create a boundary.
  • Generally you should select Add Automatically.
  • Then select the desired feature line to use as the boundary. (Daylight is commonly used.)
